A single-herb liquid extract of dried flower of Albizia julibrissin, cold-macerated in small batches and offered either as a traditional tincture in organic sugar-cane alcohol or as a vegetable glycerite.

About the plant

The Persian silk tree carries flowers that are almost all stamen: each head is a puff of long silky filaments, white at the base and shading to deep pink at the tips, so a tree in bloom looks as though it has been covered in fine pink brushes. Its leaves are twice-pinnate and very finely divided, and they fold themselves shut at nightfall and in rain. The Chinese name for the flower, he huan hua, means collective happiness.

No added sugar. Contains no artificial colours, preservatives or fragrances.

Suggested use

Shake well before use. Take 20–30 drops (about 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper bulb) in 2 oz of water or juice, up to 4 times daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
