Terms & Conditions

  • We usually ship the same or next business day.
  • Domestic delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
  • Orders are processed for shipment during normal business hours only (Mon - Fri, excluding Holidays).
  • Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur due to an incorrect address or refused shipment.

For International Buyers:

  • Herbal Terra LLC does not cover international duties, customs clearance, brokerage fees, or taxes. The customer is responsible for any such charges.

Return Policy:

  • If you would like to return an item, please use this link: Return Item.
  • We will gladly accept returns if the return is due to our error. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the goods.
  • Opened products cannot be returned, restocked, or refunded for health, medical, and safety reasons. We only accept returns for a refund if the bottle is unopened and the shrink-wrap seal is intact.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, so the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount, even if you received free shipping as a promotion.

Refund Policy:

  • Returns for Our Error: If we have made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong product or damaged goods, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your goods.
  • Returns for Unopened Products: We accept returns only for unopened products with an intact shrink-wrap seal. In such cases, we will issue a refund minus the actual shipping cost, even if the order was placed with free shipping.
  • Non-Returnable Products: Opened products cannot be returned or refunded due to health, medical, and safety reasons.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a customer received free shipping as part of a promotion, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Damaged Goods: If your product is damaged during transit, or if you believe the item has been spoiled or improperly handled, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or refund upon receiving proof of damage. The original packaging should be retained for any claim processing.
  • Non-Delivery or Lost Packages: If the tracking number indicates that the product has not been delivered, or if there is a delivery issue, we will provide a free replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, we may not be able to process refunds, except for issues related to defective products.

Shortages:

  • Please report any shortages within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Damages:

  • Please report damaged goods immediately and save the original packaging in case a claim needs to be filed.

Shipping Damage or Non-Delivery:

  • If an item is damaged or spoiled during transit, or if the tracking number shows that the item was not delivered, we will provide a free replacement or refund.
