What's in it

California Poppy is the above-ground parts of Eschscholzia californica, the orange poppy of the Californian hills. St John's Wort is the flowering herb of Hypericum perforatum, whose leaves show translucent dots when held to the light.

Each herb is extracted on its own and the extracts are then combined, so the proportions are the same in every bottle. Most of these are also listed separately if you would rather buy them one at a time.

Tincture: ethically wildcrafted or sustainably sourced California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) dry above-ground parts of the plant from France and ethically wildcrafted or sustainably sourced Saint John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) dry flowering tops and leaf from Chile, organic sugar-cane alcohol, distilled water, vegetable glycerin USP.
Glycerite: ethically wildcrafted or sustainably sourced California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) dry above-ground parts of the plant from France and ethically wildcrafted or sustainably sourced Saint John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) dry flowering tops and leaf from Chile, vegetable glycerin USP, distilled water.

No added sugar. Contains no artificial colours, preservatives or fragrances.

Suggested use

Shake well before use. Take 20–30 drops (about 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper bulb) in 2 oz of water or juice, up to 4 times daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
