What's in it

California Poppy is the above-ground parts of Eschscholzia californica, the orange poppy of the Californian hills. Valerian is the root of Valeriana officinalis, a European meadow perennial, with its famously unmistakable earthy smell.

Each herb is extracted on its own and the extracts are then combined, so the proportions are the same in every bottle. Most of these are also listed separately if you would rather buy them one at a time.

Suggested use

Shake well before use. Take 20–30 drops (about 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper bulb) in 2 oz of water or juice, up to 4 times daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
