Allium Tuberosum is a perennial herbaceous plant with erect, ribbed stems 25-50 cm high. 4-9 leaves are arched, radical, solitary, up to 35 cm long and 0.4-0.8 cm wide, narrow, flat, grooved, with an oval-rounded apex. Flowers are fragrant, 1-1.3 cm in diameter, star-shaped or almost star-shaped, white, with a green or brown red middle vein, collected in dense, multi-flower umbels 3-5 cm in diameter. Tepals are 0.4-0.7 cm long, narrow-ovoid, acuminate. Stamens are equal in length to tepals. Blooms in August.*
