About the plant

Alpinia Officinarum is a perennial herb in the Zingiberaceae family. It is up to 1.5 m high. Rhizome is horizontally, strongly branched, 1-2 cm thick, covered with annular light scaly scars, the upper part is red-brown, the inside one is almost white. There are 25-40 floral and leafy stems. Leaves are dark green, sessile, narrow-lanceolate, alternate, 18-30 cm long, 2 cm wide. Flowers are white with dark pink veins, with a short tube and long lobes, collected in a short, up to 10 cm apex. Calyx is tubular, corolla is shortly tubular. Fruit is a red box with seeds.

Suggested use

Shake well before use. Take 20–30 drops (about 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper bulb) in 2 oz of water or juice, up to 4 times daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
