A single-herb liquid extract of dried peel of Citrus x sinensis, cold-macerated in small batches and offered either as a traditional tincture in organic sugar-cane alcohol or as a vegetable glycerite.

About the plant

The sweet orange is a hybrid of pomelo and mandarin, and unlike either parent it is a cultigen: it does not occur wild and every sweet orange tree is grafted, so the world crop is a small number of clone lines. The peel is dotted with oil glands you can see against the light and feel as pits, and if you bend a piece of fresh peel sharply near a flame the oil sprays out and flares.

No added sugar. Contains no artificial colours, preservatives or fragrances.

Suggested use

Shake well before use. Take 20–30 drops (about 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper bulb) in 2 oz of water or juice, up to 4 times daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
