What's in it

Wild Lettuce is the herb of Lactuca virosa, a tall biennial whose cut stems bleed a bitter white latex. California Poppy is the above-ground parts of Eschscholzia californica, the orange poppy of the Californian hills.

Each herb is extracted on its own and the extracts are then combined, so the proportions are the same in every bottle. Most of these are also listed separately if you would rather buy them one at a time.

Glycerite: Wild Lettuce (Lactuca virosa) Dry Herb, California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) Dry Above-Ground Parts, vegetable glycerin USP, distilled water.

No added sugar. Contains no artificial colours, preservatives or fragrances.

Suggested use

Shake well before use. Take 20–30 drops (about 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper bulb) in 2 oz of water or juice, up to 4 times daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
